Update!

I shared a previous review where I mentioned I didn't receive the product. Apparently there was an issue with the postal service at the time and the delivery was on hold for several days. The supplier contacted me to clarify the situation and after some weeks (holidays) I received the product with no further issue. The suppliers were in close communication through the whole process and I am very happy with the process despite the initial confusion. I tried to edit the original review but I was not able to do it.

I placed the order on Nov 20. Never received a shipping confirmation email. By Dec 12 I received an email saying my order was fulfilled 14 days ago and asking for a review. This is a total scam, I was charged and never received the product. There's no way to contact the supplier or find out Information on the delivery.

I’m really sorry you had a bad experience on our website. We emailed you to let you know that we couldn’t send your order because Canada Post were on strike. Maybe it went into your spam folder?

Our local post office are receiving packages again from tomorrow. So we can post your order then or refund you if you’d prefer.
